Thank you so much for signing up to help set up and clean up the coffee bar this Sunday!! Below is a checklist to help ensure that all is done correctly.
If you want to come in on Saturday to set up, there is a lock box with a key in it located at the far end of the bldg under the main office window. The code is 1408. Please return the key immediately as we have others that use this daily. please let any staff know if you need help, have questions or if any supplies are running low.

CHECKLIST:
- USE ONE OF THE BIG, SILVER DRINK DISPENSERS TO PUT WATER ONLY AND PLUG IN BEHIND THE BAR BY 8:15 AM SUNDAY
- USE THE OTHER BIG, SILVER DRINK DISPENSER TO MAKE THE COFFEE IN AND PLUG IN BEHIND THE BAR (INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE COFFEE ARE FOUND EITHER BEHIND THE BAR OR YOU CAN CLICK THE LINK ABOVE) BY 8:15 AM SUNDAY
- SET TEA BAGS NEAR THE HOT WATER SERVER
- SET OUT SUGAR, CREAMER, STIR STICKS, ETC
- SET OUT CUPS, LIDS, CUP SLEEVES, ETC
- AFTER CHURCH, PLEASE RINSE OUT THE SILVER DISPENSERS AND PLACE THEM BY THE SINK TO DRY, THROW AWAY ANY TRASH AROUND THE COFFEE BAR, WIPE DOWN THE COFFEE BAR, AND PUT EXTRA CUPS, LIDS, ETC BACK BEHIND THE COFFEE BAR
